Bonus Program

LMU Munich actively supports the appointment of women with a view to increasing the proportion of female professors at the University. Faculties that appoint women can therefore apply for bonus payments, which – by mutual agreement between the Faculty and the newly appointed female professor – can be invested in innovative research projects.

Applications for bonus payments must be submitted by the respective Faculty to the central Strategy and Development Unit, which can provide the necessary application form.
