Bonus Program

LMU Munich actively supports the appointment of women with a view to increasing the proportion of female professors at the University. Faculties that appoint women can therefore apply for bonus payments, which – by mutual agreement between the Faculty and the newly appointed female professor – can be invested in innovative research projects.

Applications for bonus payments must be submitted by the respective Faculty to the central Research Strategy, which can provide the necessary application form.
