LMU on iTunes U
Top international universities use iTunes U, the education section of the Apple iTunes Store, as a platform for self-presentation through New Media. Since the beginning of 2009, LMU also has its own iTunes U portal to distribute a wide range of digital content concerning research, teaching, and the university in general as free downloads. The podcast portal which has meanwhile recorded some 15 million downloads continues to grow in popularity.
