Funding Opportunities by the Alexander von Humboldt-Foundation
The Humboldt Foundation promotes academic cooperation between excellent scientists and scholars from abroad and from Germany.
As a scientist or scholar from Germany you can profit from our support and carry out a research project abroad as a guest of one of more than 29,000 members of the Humboldt Network worldwide.
Whether you are a young postdoctoral researcher at the beginning of your academic career or an experienced, established academic – our research fellowships offer you sponsorship tailored to you and your career situation.
This workshop will provide detailed information about the funding programmes of the Humboldt Foundation with a focus on the Feodor Lynen Research Fellowship Programme and advice on how to prepare an application.
Furthermore, Prof. Dr. Lena Daumann (LMU Munich) will share her experiences as a Feodor Lynen Fellow and provide tips for further career development.
Lecturer: Mira Albus has been working for the Humboldt Foundation for many years, first in the Sponsorship and Network Department and currently in the Selection Department of the Foundation. She is responsible for the Feodor Lynen Research Fellowship Programme and the Humboldt Network in Germany.
