International Student Life

LMU Munich and many other organizations as well provide a wide range of activities for international students in Munich. This provides a lot of opportunities to get to know the culture and the people of this city and this beautiful region while being in Munich as an international student. On offer are not only entertainment and information events in Munich but also excursions to other cities in Germany and neigbouring countries, guided city tours and much more.

  • TutoRIA - the LMU Munich tutoring program

    TutoRIA is an incentive of LMU, a group of students organizing trips, information events and a lot of other leisure activities for the international students of LMU Munich. more

  • Munich ERASMUS Students Association (MESA)

    MESA is the local section of the ERASMUS Student Network (ESN) in Munich. Their goal is to assist foreign students coming to Munich to study. more

  • LMU-Buddy Program

    The International Office has set up a Buddy-Program to encourage communication between LMU-students and students from abroad. more

  • Other organizations

    A lot of other organizations also offer different cultural, information or entertainment events for the international students of the LMU Munich. more

  • Country groups

    From time to time one only wants to meet some people from his country and have a chat in his native language. For this reason we also provide the links of the bigger country groups in Munich here. more
