- Ripe Camembert
- Full-fat Camembert
- Philadelphia (or any other other cream cheese)
- 100 g butter (softened)
- 2 onions
- Chives or raw onion rings
- Paprika powder, salt and pepper
Cut the cheese into small cubes and place in a mixing bowl. Add the softened butter, cream cheese and the chopped onions, and mix the ingredients by mashing them with a fork until the mixture takes on a smooth, creamy consistency. Season with paprika until the mixture takes on a pale-red color. Then add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with chives or onion rings.
