Bavarian Sausage Salad (by Sassi und Paul)
Ingredients:
- 400-500 g German sausage (e.g., Lyoner)
- 2 onions
- 4 tbsp. chives
- 6 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 3 tbsp. vinegar
- 5 g sugar
- Salt and pepper
Method:
Skin the sausage and cut into thin slices. Peel the onions and slice into rings. Put everything in a salad bowl, and combine with the dressing made by mixing together the oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar. Stir briefly and chill for a while before serving, garnished with the chives.
