Ingredients (serves 3-4):
- 300 ml milk
- 3 eggs
- 100 g flour
- 30 g sugar
- 35 g melted butter
- Combine eggs, sugar and milk. Then add flour and butter, and mix well (a blender can be used for this step).
- Fry in a shallow pan until the pancake edges are crisp, then turn over.
- Serve with a selection of fillings: smoked salmon, sour cream, different jams and honey. If you need some Russian kitsch try pancakes with caviar!
- The best way to enjoy them is with good black tea!
