Psychological and Emotional Counselling

Are you having problems with examination anxiety or conflicts in a relationship? The Munich Student Union (Studentenwerk) has a psychological counselling service to help you out. Counselling is free and covers issues you may be having in your studies or your personal life. Examples of common problems you can get help with are concentration problems, examination anxiety, fear of authority, partner and relationship conflicts, problems in finding a partner, coping with separation or homesickness, problems making new friends, depression, psychosomatic problems, eating disorders, addiction, and special problems relating to disability.

Even if all you need is a good listener, don’t hesitate to get in touch with the Psychosocial and Psychotherapeutic Advice Service of the Munich Student Union at
