Cooking Event November 2018
In November 2018, we organized a Bavarian cooking class. 15 international researchers and their spouses took part in this exclusive event, where they were introduced to delicacies of the Bavarian cuisine. Michelin-star-awarded chef Andi Schweiger showed the participants not only how to create the perfect combination of flavors, but also how to prepare typical Bavarian dishes that are a treat for the eyes as well as the stomach. As the local cuisine is an important part of Bavarian culture, this cooking event gave the participants the chance to fully immerse themselves in it. After cooking, all the participants were able to indulge in their own culinary creations and enjoy a relaxed dinner together. It was an ideal opportunity to make new connections.
