Ingredients (serves 4):

  • 1/2 l milk

  • 3 eggs

  • 250 g flour

  • 1 tablespoon oil

  • 1 pinch salt

  • jams

  • nutella

  • feta cheese

  • honey


  1. Mix eggs until they become a homogeneous mixture.

  2. Add the milk. The pancakes can be made with water instead of milk, but then became very light and not so dense and delicious.

  3. Add the flour and mix.

  4. Add salt (1 pinch) to the mixture.

  5. The resulting mixture should have a density like oil. You can add a little milk if it is too thick or a little flour if it is too runny.

  6. Pancakes are fried over low heat; the pan is coated with oil in advance.

  7. When the palachinka can detach alone from the pan and can easily be lifted with a spatula, they are ready to turn and fry on the other side.

  8. The pancakes can be served with sweet or salty filling, rolled up or folded in the form of pockets.
